Daniel Dennis
PRESIDENT, ILLUSTRATED PROPERTIES
He was the 2021 Campaign Chair for the successful re-election of Mobile Mayor Sandy Stimpson and the 2019 Chairman of the Board for the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce. Daniel was also a member of the Board of Directors for Visit Mobile, the City of Mobile’s Industrial Development Board (IDB), Regions Bank, the Mobile Symphony, the Salvation Army of Coastal Alabama, and the University of South Alabama’s Center for Real Estate Studies & Economic Development (CREED).
He is an active participant in the Big Brother Big Sister Program, is a former Chair of Chamber Chase, the Mobile Area Chamber of Commerce’s total resource campaign, and was selected as a member of Mobile Bay Magazine’s Top 40 Under 40. Daniel earned a B.S. Degree in Finance from Auburn University as well as a Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University. He also holds a Master of Laws Degree (LL.M.) in Real Property Development from the University of Miami School of Law.
He and his wife, Maribeth, have three children, Asa, Cecil Grace & June and are members of Family Church in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.
Daniel Dennis is the President of Illustrated Properties, the top luxury real estate firm in Palm Beach County, Florida and is responsible for strategic planning and the operation of the company’s 600 sales associates & staff in 18 offices.
From 2011-2022, Dennis served as the CEO of Roberts Brothers, Inc. in Mobile, Alabama, a Berkshire Hathaway company, and South Alabama’s largest real estate firm providing brokerage, relocation, property management and vacation rental services since 1946.

Mike Pappas
CEO, THE KEYES COMPANY
Since 1992, Mr. Pappas has been the President of The Keyes Company, a South Florida based real estate company with 35 offices, 2500 associates, and subsidiaries that include Capital Partners Mortgage, Home Partners Title, Keyes Insurance, and Keyes Property Management.
In 2013 and 2016, Mr. Pappas assisted in the formation and launch of Opportunity Fund I & II, for which he serves as Managing Director and Treasurer. In this role, he advises on prospective investments and provides general oversight of fund operations. Mr. Pappas graduated from Wake Forest University in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Spanish.
